Sustainable Wastewater Management for Hospitals
Managing hospital wastewater is a complex challenge involving regulatory compliance, space constraints, and health safety. Unlike residential buildings, hospitals generate both domestic sewage and hazardous chemical effluents. SR One Roof Solutions installs compact, odor-free Sewage Treatment Plants (STP) and Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP) designed specifically for the healthcare sector.
Advanced Treatment Technologies
We utilize modern bioreactor technologies that require minimal footprint, making them ideal for urban hospitals in Hyderabad where space is at a premium.
- MBBR (Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor): A highly efficient biological treatment process that uses floating plastic carriers to decompose waste. It is robust, requires little maintenance, and handles load fluctuations well.
- MBR (Membrane Bioreactor): Combines biological degradation with membrane filtration. This produces high-quality treated water suitable for immediate recycling in flushing or cooling towers.
- SBR (Sequencing Batch Reactor): Ideal for batch operations, treating wastewater in a single tank to save space and costs.
Effluent Treatment (ETP) & Compliance
Hazardous liquid waste from laboratories, Operation Theatres, and laundry units cannot be dumped into the municipal line. We install specialized Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP) to neutralize chemicals, disinfect pathogens, and correct pH levels before the water enters the main STP.
Water Recycling & Sustainability
Our systems are designed with the Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) concept in mind. The treated water meets the rigorous standards of the Pollution Control Board (PCB), allowing it to be safely reused for:
- Gardening and Landscaping.
- Toilet Flushing.
- HVAC Cooling Tower Makeup Water.
